Repeat Prescriptions

If agreed by the doctor, repeat prescriptions can be obtained without an appointment. Requests for prescriptions can be made online via or by handing your request slip in at reception. Alternatively, you can hand it to any one of the following pharmacies:

We cannot accept repeat prescription requests by phone

Online Access

Do you have a Patient Access account? If so, did you know that you can now order your repeat prescriptions online using your Patient Access account?

Simply log in, choose the prescriptions tab and your usual repeat medication will be conveniently listed for you to tick and order. It is an altogether more secure and efficient method for ordering your repeat medication.

In addition, a Patient Access account enables you to book appointments online.

You will need to register with the practice to access this service, and once registered you will be given information that will enable you to create your username and password. In order to do this, please bring in the following details to our reception team :-

  • Proof of Identity – Passport or Photo Driving Licence and
  • Proof of Address – Utility Bill (dated within the last 3 months)

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
